50 in mk2 several times, but i always get beat by noob saibot so i have never been able to extend my streak past that.

No, you only play Noob once at the 50 win mark. The nice thing is that every ROUND you beat Noob counts as a win in your streak. So when I finished beating Noob, I had 52 wins.

When you get up to 100, 150, etc, it just acts like a regular match. On game 250 of course, you play Pong.

Against an average player, I'm sure the majority of the players on this board could go to infinity or until they just decided to quit.

Against another top player, that's another story..

This. Even I managed to pull a 44 win streak off someone in West Wonderland a few days ago...and I've only been playing this game on an "enthusiast" level (meaning near daily and actually bothering to develop some skill) for a few weeks now. Should have stayed a few more to face Noob...but it was really late

Ive gotten a 38 killstreak in total, ive being offered the oppertunity to boost that, but im more proud of my 38 killstreak than having a 200 killstreak on the leaderboards, i feel anyone who has over a 60 to 70 killstreak is not a legit score, i mean what player hangs around to be beaten 60 to 70 times anyway....

Streaks are based on the PSN server. If you have a poor connection to the server or to PSN, it may not register. I had a 22 streak a few nights ago that did not register as well.

Revisiting the old threads from before I was on TYM...

My longest streak vs 1 person I think is 80 on OG. The guy just kept playing.
I remember I couldn't believe he stuck around, and even let me beat Noob... then played another 30 matches!

As for longest consecutive streak.... I would guess my record is probably around 200.
Sometimes you just get on a streak and feel unbeatable.
