Yeah I saw that, but how does the jumpkick trigger the armor? Does the armor activate once every few seconds?

I mean, we all knew Quan was a weak character, but someone has to be on the bottom of the list, in any game there are gonna be top tiers and low tiers and Quan just happens to be one of the lows.

If anything is changed on Quan it should be pretty minimal though. I was thinking that while portal is down he has unlimited armor and 50% damage reduction. Portal starts in 6f and recovers instantly. Perhaps a small damage buff whenever portal armor is triggered? Nothing crazy , just 50% or so.

You are absolutely correct. To prevent this from happening with other characters, the entire cast should be nerfed as well, except Quan. I still believe he should receive the buffs I listed earlier.

It's like the Hakan situation all over again. How did Capcom fix Hakan? They allowed him to start the match with oil already activated (also oil doesn't disappear on hit).
