only time will tell, Superman is getting nerfs I heard similar to how God Lao was patched to Kung Lao and PL fell off the map for a long time before coming back. I am not saying KDZ is like PL but only time will tell how he does after the nerfs.

Not gonna say he fucked up, he just gave in to idiots and didn't ignore what they said.

But LBSH, all the "top" players saying Superman is broken, how many of them have been really grinding out the matchup and how come they say it conveniently after evo is won by a supes?

Actually rico and REO both grind the matchup, and they both told me superman needs a few changes.

seems legit .... KDZ is a hell of skillful player, and some stuff he said, might be accurate .... anyway, let's see next year, when IGAU competitive scene will improve and skill level will enhance even much better ..... the same stuff phenomena happend to MK9 , so ..... :D

He's saying he didn't know how to rushdown with GL, not that he should do it in matchups he shouldn't be oding it.

I'd more or less agree with that.

KDZ knew every facet to his character. There was a vast difference to his Superman compared to the others at Evo. He didn't auto pilot, he had great meter and clash management, everything he did had intention behind it and he knew how to minimise risk. He's a character specialist and you can tell how well he knows his options. KDZ will still be a top player regardless of what happens to Superman because he's established and has mastered fundamentals that other players don't even think exist. Chris G is in a similar boat, but Green Arrow can only do so much, Superman has significantly less work to do when he does open you up.

he does know how to rushdown with GL, ARE YOU REALLY BEING SERIOUS NOW? you telling me GL is going to rushdown superman with how good superman is up close?. I'm his brother lol I'm completely sure I know what he is capable of with GL.

cdjr gets top 8 at ect and ceo "not a good superman". Sure, also rico has played kdz more than once, get your facts straight. I talked to rico in person.

What KDZ's saying is ridiculous. People weren't booing because he was zoning and nobody in that room was thinking 'this would be so much more exciting if Denzell were a better player'

Is he honestly suggesting GL should rushdown Superman? Maybe he's forgotten what bad match ups in fighting games are like since he plays Superman


Congrats for the dude for winning, he's a very good player, but he should remember that he's playing a character that dominates a huge portion of the cast

And what happened in EVO?

When you hop to a char per week you can't be as good as the top supermen.

I didn't say play, I said grind, read my post. Has Rico practiced against KDZs superman for hours and hours and days to learn the MU? I happen to be speaking to rico frequently.

exactly, I guess he forgot how he sat by a car and did lasers all day until denzell finally came in then he threw the car on top of him.

Have you spoke to rico in person? no. Have you spoke to REO in person? no. Also saying he didn't know how to rush down with GL is basically saying he landed no 50/50 mixups/ didn't know how to corner pressure with GL, and etc. I play him at home, NO ONE can tell me what he knows with GL.

I'm not being biased, i'm using logic. If you think GL should be rushing superman down, then be my guest and show how it is done. GL can work his oki game off a knockdown, but going in on superman, you are sounding way off right now. You need to look at what i'm saying.
