To expand the horizon of all things Injustice, 4GamerMovie YouTube channel has uploaded a Japanese version of the Injustice: Gods Among Us story trailer. This game, afterall, caters to all fighting game communities and with Japan being widely known for it's Capcom dominance... why not give them what they deserve with Injustice?

This trailer has been uploaded with Japanese voice actors.

Nothing new in the trailer, just the story trailer with JP voices. Pretty cool to hear though.

I wonder if the VA is bad or weird. Maybe American mannerisms come off as strange to Japanese people. It's why I normally don't like Japanese games. Tekken, sf, doa, kingdom hearts, new final fantasy games are some examples of either bad or weird voice acting and mannerisms.

CERO (Computer Entertainment Rating Organization) is the Japanese equivalent of PEGI and the ESRB. Their ratings are A, B, C, D, and Z, with A being "all ages" and Z being pornography. I don't think Injustice has received a CERO rating yet.

It was a joke Didn't know it really was close. And XBOX is illegal altogether in Japan I believe.

Localization, marketing and distribution ain't free. I'm guessing the bean counters at WB figure there's no way a 360 port will turn a profit.

I'm sure our mannerisms are just as weird to them as their's our to us.

Whenever I watch an anime in the native language the characters will sometimes makes noises that to us might come off as sexual but it's not nor is it meant to be, it's just something they do like sighing.

The ESRB has a rating for porn, too: Ao, Adults Only. It's just that it's almost never used since games get a rating mostly to be sold in stores that require them, like WalMart, and those stores wouldn't carry pornography anyway.

LMAO, this is funny...I love how Japanese voice actors "over act" dramatically(sometimes it sounds good but other times just flat out cheesy) as someone who wants to be a pro voice actor, they over act way too much lol.

It does. I found the fact that almost all of the "grunts" and basically non-verbal noises in the trailer were the english versions pretty offputting.
