I tried to learn this OS myself, a couple of weeks ago, but I wasn't getting it at all. These videos showed me what I was doing wrong, so I'm going to take this back to the lab and try again.

It would be great if someone could explain the F4 into Ice Blast or Clone Option select...i literally do f4 into df2 and wiggle the joystick front and back as fast as I can and I get iceblast on hit and clone on block...I wonder if there is an easier way to do this...
