Yea him in Kotal will most likely match in size.
Put it like this... Thinking in Street Fighter 4 terms, Seth and Zangief are roughly about the same height and both are considered the taller characters in the game (Hugo excluded). But they aren't the same "size". Saying T. Hawk and Zangief are the same size would be an accurate statement (similar mass/hitboxes), but saying that Seth and Gief are the same size wouldn't be, because Zangief has more mass on him. That's all.
I think the picture itself states the answer pretty clearly...TYM's Facebook used the wrong Photo.
