Sand Trap: D,B,F+2. Command Grab, tackles you to the floor and shots you a bunch.

Anti-Air Sand Blast: shoots glass of sand in the air,

Coin Shot: throws coin in the air and shoots it, causing the bullet to ricochet off. Can change the trajectory of the move, similar to raven's pillars from IGAU.

Quick Draw: enters a quick-draw western-y stance and has 3 followups: a multi-hitting low, an anti-air shot and a horizontal shot that also causes him to dash away from the opponent.
Outlaw-Specific:
Tarkatan Impale: stabs you repeatedly with a tarkatan blade sword and causes the opponent to bleed for a period of time at the cost of losing your blade normals.
causes the bleed out to last longer, but also the sword cooldown.
Sand Toss: throws a handful of sand at the opponent's face, momentarily stunning them.
version stuns for a longer period of time, allowing you to combo a jump-in. Most likely his bnb combo starter.
