This poll only made me salty for buying an xbone. Lol cya on ps4 asap I guess :p smfh what happened to the master race (pc)

Xbox One, and probably PS4 as well seeing how I'm more than likely getting one for my 21st.

Might even get a copy for my 360 for shits and giggles :DOGE

Heads up!
As long as they have decent pads/fight sticks that work I dont care. If my ps3 stick works for ps4 go for it, if not, im not spending $200 for a ps4 stick. College tuition is more important

Voted for PC version.
I am a PC gamer and bought ps3 solely for playing MK9 and after a while I bought HitBox.
It's simple, HitBox won't work on either xbox360 or xbone or pc4. And it's sucks!

It's 2015 and they keep making pads and sticks compatible only with particular platform. WTF?!

That is true. Ps4 is going to be big for the fgc bc of sf5. And like the beginning of mk9 the sf players are going to fraud out for the first month or 2 (till the game is patched) and most of them have or are getting a ps4 bc of sf. So i see this being a ps4 game. Even ki players have a ps4 on layway after capcom cup lol. Beside im pretty sure mk9 is ran on ps3. All of our mk players are just used to that pad if not on stick. Anything else would be foreign.

Anothet thing is which ever systems u get it on it needs to be next gen. Thr old gen and pc version are ports from another company. Showtime studios i think. Ports (lazy money making copys) is when u worry about frame rates dropping ect....

It's like 99% that PC port is being done by High Voltage again. Which for me is fine, since MK 9 (done by them also) works flawlessly on my PC.

It's also been managed with paid disk updates and the like. Also, I don't even know if you can get the AE patch without paying for the AE dlc, I honestly don't remember. From everything I'm seeing, AE v2012 was "free" but I'm not seeing anything about the AE patch being free. Even so, with Ultra they've already done several patches in the past 6 months because some of this crap just needs to be patched.
Super broken stuff that ruins the game should be fixed, but I don't believe superman's breathe or day 1 black Adam is anything like that.

And I would willingly pay $15-$20 for a yearly update to Mortal kombat with new characters, stages and balance tweaks. Sf4 went though months of unbalanced top tiers and annoying vortex set play without a hot fixed patch to right things. I'd rather deal with overpowered shit for a year than risk the chance of a nerfing based on overreactions.

Damn but you're all eager to spend money.
You know what system everybody already has and has their favorite controller for? XBox 360.

PC is a tempting answer too, but (1) it's probably a lot more hassle to deal with in a tournament environment and (2) fighting game ports to PC have a terrible history.

Fixing it requires Bluetooth hardware, so don't hold your breath on that one.
Very true, if there is literally no difference between the next gen and current gen aside from graphics, 360 should be the way to go definitely.

I voted XBONE since as a TO it covers both KI and MKX.
Mk9 and IGAU had major framerate issues with PS3 so I'm definitely not getting this for PS4.
Bogus reasoning. the ps4 is a completely different machine, so no reason to think there'd be issues. both current gen systems are pc hardware, the ps3 had cell processors.
