I've seen it discussed hither and thither, lots of people agreed on it being a potential Black Adam super, since he's known for extreme shows of his super strength. Good time to bring it up I suppose, given current events.

With the recent trailer revealing, although not confirming if playable, Black Adam..I would say that is his super. Or at least part of cutscene where he and someone else may be fighting though the first option seems more likely.

They had a concept art of Captain Marvels that had the same little stick figures. They had them in MK9 as well.

There is no second character reveal, what are you talking about? It's one character and then the opening cinematic. Not a trailer at all.

Technically, no they didn't reveal a character. The people on the internet figured out who the character was by looking at the site's source code.

Ah come on! The opening cinematic is basically the same as a trailer!

Although it's likely that an opening cinematic could include many playable characters, so perhaps many reveals.

Or perhaps it's like the opening of MK9 and will feature loads of people who aren't playable as well...

As I said, Doomsday is revealed, just not officially. Their little publicity stunt hasn't gone any further since the site apparently hasn't updated one bit since the mess started. And Boon says that there's supposedly a reveal on TV or some shit.

The opening cinematic doesn't exist yet. I hit backspace on the URL for the gamestop site and instead of it going to a page not found it put me into the page assets folder. They forgot to place permissions on that for some reason which is a real rookie mistake.(especially in light of the Shazam incident and the way UMVC3 got leaked). Plus Doomsday was ALLLLL over the file names in the page's source code. Simply right click and learn who it would be...

Anyhow me and several others in the join the party thread went through everything they had file by file. No image from the game. Doomsday's image was shown but it was a cut and paste from DCUO so they hadn't received a render yet and it was a place holder. Another dude found the URL to the trailer, but it led to a blank youtube address meaning they also hadn't received any footage yet.

Gamestop was aware of things and editted there own Doomsday image to a sad trollface and then the next day they had permissions up so we couldn't browse the parent directory anymore. I even went through all the unused layers in the psd files that made the doomsday and trailer images. Nothing there. Just pause button graphics and different images they had considered using for the image of the trailer being paused...none of which were new or from a trailer.

They'll likely be using a different youtube url when they get the file now. Especially given they've put up permissions and such. For now though there isn't any content that Gamestop has. They just hadn't received any renders or footage yet. I don't know when they will. It could be soon though.

No kidding. Only reason I pre-order anything from them is that they occasionally have good bonuses. Luckily Walmart had the better Injustice bonus this time around.

The Gamestop guys got a good graphic designer for the contest...he just wasn't a good website security designer. He named his files for his own convenience and didn't setup any security. Both hung his project out to dry within a few hours. Artists dont think like coders most times and it was likely the same issue for Gamestop as for DC...they forgot to middle manage for a project.
