Anyone try out Bison yet? First impressions?

Moons been wreaking shit with bison . hes actually planning on Arts stream now

@Youphemism on Furby's stream, everytime someone lands a lp spin they call it a frame trap. I'm thinking that's what it was, but I was thinking of stuff on block.

Always feels great when the character you're most excited for ends up being the one you enjoy playing the most.

So far Mika, Gief, and RASHIDOOOOO are taking me through this pre-March journey

Never give up Comrade, some times it times a while to figure out a character.

What exactly are you having problems with again? I'm by no means a pro player but I feel fine playing Gief for the most part.

cr.MKxxHado is only combo/blockstring from closer than usual. You can't really play footsies with it FYI. Depending who you're facing you could be punished for it.

Just a bit emo after playing a friend earlier against his Bison and Birdie. I think they stomp Gief pretty bad. At least I found out you can V-Skill the banana LOL.
V-Reversal into CA is badass though.

next level. there was one today.

I think they finally ironed out most of the online issues. I played online (Casual Matches only) for a decent amount of time tonight, probably got in like 20/30 matches and only maybe 2 or three had any skipping/jumping, and not one disconnect. Honestly felt like playing offline. This was also done with both of the search settings on "Any" too. It was a damn blast.

Never mind, guess I'll need to wait until march to use the alternate costumes.

Also, why are colors so damn annoying to unlock? Vega's 7th and 9th costume color look great, but no way to I have the patience to unlock them.

I think its super dumb. Only thing I really dislike about the SFV system.

Yeah, the moves should do a little bit more of chip damage IMO.


Also, the servers have been working great after the maintenance today.

I dont think chip damage should be more, just that chip damage not killing is dumb. Especially because chip damage is so small regardless.
