Looks really similar to MK9 in terms of mechanics. I'm not disappointed, but I'm not really excited about him either.

Ermac looks cool. His Fatality is the shit and his variations look fairly interesting, although his design is kind of ass. Hope that's an alt.

Kung Lao on the other hand... my God.

1.so far, KL looks the best character, and his gameplay seems quick as hell :D
2. Ermac has a sick fatality, but that float variation seems crap .... his design resembles much more a dark mage from a RPG game than a ninja warrior, lol :confused:
3. NRS is shit for not showing at least, a bit of gameplay from Kitana and Reptile :mad:

I like the way ermac looks gameplay wise.

I was hoping his hood would be more pointed and that we couldn't see his face at all except for glowing eyes. I was also hoping his clothes would be way more raggedy.

Anywho, I hope he has an alt that fits my description.

well @coolwhip ill eat my own words. That ermac reveal really disappointed me. The trailer was unhype. I hate his costume, I hope that's his alt. His fatality was lame, hopefully the ball one is cool. And there was only one variant that stood out to me. Reptiles costume and fatality win for sure

I stopped caring who was next after Kitana... But I am glad he is in the story..

Did anyone notice that the stream showcased two fatalities for Ermac. The one in the official reveal trailer shows him kinda twisting various ligaments in Sub Zero's body to give him that 'retarded' state as in Cyber Sub Zero's second fatality in MK9.

The second fatality shown in one of the versus games sees Ermac do some weird shit via telekinesis and eventually end up with a floating opponents' head in his possession.

D'you think it's two fatalities per character or one per variation? Not sure what variation was used on each occasion.

maybe it was his alt... they said they had shown only alt for some chars. first could be the pic that was on the web a while ago

Am I alone in feeling this reveal was super "meh"? Not just because it was expected but it just, I don't know, he looks a bit bland and his moves weren't very entertaining IMHO. Then again I missed the entire stream so I might only be seeing a small portion.

This. The concept art looked amazing but he looks pretty average in game footage.

I only went to sleep for an hour, i totally missed the stream:(

Hopefully someone upload the broadcast on youtube so i could watch and give my feedback, i hate myself right now, happy for Ermac players tho.
