nah jax, smoke, mileena, and etc. either won a tournament or were in the top 8 after the first year of mk9. If ppl going to get in these types of arguments, u got to have the facts. It is all opinion on which one is more balanced because if you are reasonable about it, u can see the same problems in mk9 haven't changed with igau. At majors in mk9, u can still place high with a mid tier and you can do the same in igau. Hell sonic fox got tournament wins and top 8s with his mileena and she is mid tier/ 16 bit has almost won a tournament twice with catwoman and we know she is like mid tier. Overall, both games have there balance issues (as all fighting games have). I say we throw those arguments out the window and just play and enjoy the games NRS has made.
That just goes to show a lot more of it comes down to the player than most think. I've seen phenominal play from people using shit characters. What causes problems is when a really strong player dedicates his/her time to the best/top tier character. Then hell breaks loose on the forums lol.

He didn't ask who won tournaments in general. List the characters who won tournaments when CD Jr., REO, Maxter, and etc were there....after the first year! I can't think of any characters besides Jax, Kabal, and Kung Lao. Detroit his first tourny using Shang AND Jax to beat CD Jr in GF at NEC. Afterwards he won a MLG using Kabal (or was it Shang?). Many characters cracked top 8 but not many won.
Apparently you're not seeing what you're typing. Maybe that says something about the quality of players over characters.
Umm that is a variable and after mlg anaheim, things were quite different in the scene lol and scenes like vegas and socal couldnt attend all the east coast tournaments like we wouldve liked to.... also igau is the same lol, in the second year only 3 chars have won a tourny (batgirl, mmh, AM,). So lets not be biased here.
I was just stating that no one answered Crimson's questions. Mileena, Kitana, and others won tournaments when the top Kabals, and Kung Laos weren't there. Of course it's about the player. I won't dispute that.
Lol man I'm not biased, I love both but I had more fun playing MK. CD was being biased when he said "anyone who thinks Injustice is more balances is insane." I was only trying to silence the Crimson haters because I feel like they give him a hard time for no reason when he does a lot for the community and starts no problems. He only brings up valid points.
Maybe so, doesn't mean that mk was super unbalanced and only 3 to 4 chars were viable like many like to say. Im bringing up facts and stats for a viable argument is all.
Man it's either this discussion or people complaining about stream time even though we had the second lowest entrants. So you won't get the wrong impression, I love MK9 and wish it never died out the way it did. I hate when all this unbalance talk comes us when its the same PLAYERS doing well with their characters.
Yea, I literally JUST realized it's how it is a few moments ago. It's not like a ton of Aquamans are dominating every tournament...its really only Theo. Not that AM isn't great, but when you pair a great player with a great character, what do you expect?
I never said it was super unbalanced. I never complained at all about the balancing. People were misunderstanding Crimson's questioned so I stepped in. With MK I was anxious to tune in every tournament to see who would overcome REO's Kabal or Pig's Kenshi. I honestly do hate the Aquaman bitching and hated the Kabal bitching.
