Looks like they moved Goomba to my pool (5) from formerly hella stacked pool 2.

That should mean pool 2 and pool 5 will have 1 player each who has top 8d in the past 6 months.


Looks like each pool now has 1 or 2 players that have top 8'd majors in the past 6 months, looks pretty balanced to me. Don't be too picky.

Also remember that Jupiter and Noobe aren't going so their names are like byes.

It's cool and all that people don't want to see two good players face each other in pools based on past tournament placings, but it happens. And it should happen.

Tournaments should not be designed to give the 'perceived best guy' at that tournament the easiest ride to top 8.

exactly, ppl want marquee pool matchups/ upset possibilities. Also as a competitor, you should want to play anyone and everyone.

I feel we could've went on after Melee though.
I feel entrants = priority

All good. I tune in anyway it goes, but Injustice has been making such waves and I'd finally like to see everyone realize that NRS made a good hype game deserving of those better time slots. To be fair, the TOs are coming around slowly but surely, and I'll take every bit of progress. Especially when it's clear to me we've been THE game after the obvious SF4/Marvel.
