I see my error, I was wrong. Sorry for the confusion. But here is SimSim's tech page for this. Try this however, whiff a normal and wait for the wraith to throw the opponent forward and connect with a B3 to reset, I am not sure that has been explored. To be honest I've never had anyone really block the whiff glitch.

Yeah from i see the reset is, that looks like its crosses up but it doesn't
"The thing is, a LOT of the cross ups you do with my set ups will only cross if the opponent does not block. What I mean is: The opponent can hold back and you will not cross up "
