Zatanna Interactable Bug

I don't know if this has been discussed yet or not, but Zatanna can use interactables even with the interactables turned off. It's not a bug that I can see affecting the majority of the players, but a bug none-the-less.

I discovered this in practice mode. I usually turn off interactables/transitions when messing with a new character.
