Those are old as fuck, and the one Tim posted is better.

The reason I posted it is because he said he tried it and it works great. I know they aren't new, I was saying I heard that they're good.

I actually just bought a new microsoft black 360 pad and it's quite accurate. I'm going to sand it though because it's got the flaws of everything, but on my old pad I couldn't even consistently teleslam anymore

I don't have the correct screwdriver to open up the controller, but I really realy want to because I want that extra buffer power.
