I need assistance analyzing this gif if you have the time.

The way that I am interpreting it, Wound has instilled a threat at 3/4 screen range (I don't know Shinnok that well, maybe Scoop or that Beam?) He is able then to run is while presenting that threat, prompting King to stand b/c Wound closed the distance with a run. The F4 was the reward for the threats near full screen. It is just interesting to me because after the initial Beam, there is mostly dancing before Wound runs in.
