OK,
I know they did Harley vs. WW, but what about (theoretically) Wonder Woman vs. Hawk Girl? I think that would have been a better match for discussion.

Well in terms of a DC universe battle its WW. In terms of in Injustice who's the better overall character battle I can't say we have absolutely zero gameplay of HawkGirl so I dunno.
