Why is Zod top 5 ?

I think one the flaws Zod have is his trait activation i find it a little bit slow, but he is definetly top 5.
I wonder if His MoS skin was scrapped or what there is no new news about that skin.

MB slow IAZB then activate trait. Good thing with the trait is you can activate from fullscreen and mix them up fullscreen too. I think thats a good tradeoff for having slow activation.

Zod's best ability is to control interactable objects, particularly airborne ones, and I predict that this ability will be the first thing the community complains about because it is not difficult to take advantage of.

I'm sticking with him no matter what and literally getting better everyday. zod is realllly good and if you look back I always thought he was special even in the beginning when people thought he was OK. but to me he lives and dies by the trait which made me uncomfortable. Just play your stuff and prove it come tourney time.

With the rarity and high learning curve of Zod, Zod specialists are going to do some major damage in a few months because of character unfamiliarity.

From my limited time with him I don't consider him a top 5 character. The range on his normals suck and that's because of his T-Rex arm reach. He literally looks like a pixie compared to a lot of the characters.

His trait is good but imo unless you are at a good enough distance, have fun trying to activate it.

His projectiles are pretty good, especially the pistol. I like some of the mix ups the cannon offers.

I know others say he is a zoner but to me it's different with this character. Instead of zoning the other characters, it feels more like you are zoning the use of interactables in your favor.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the character is ass at all. I'm just in the same boat with others in saying that it's really a lot of theory fighting right now. And on a side notw, I do not think he is that complex a character to play at all.

Just my 2 cents.

It won't matter much anyway, cuz it's not like Zod's gonna place at a major before the next big patch, which will change everything anyway.

He's unproven and to say he's top 5 just because your maining him at the moment is pretty funny. Lets see Zod do work at majors and prove what he's worth first before making assumptions.
