She actually has some pretty sick moves and you can combo people in unreal situations, you just need to notice stuff like... what a df4 does to a jumping opponent and an ex high rang does what once it did that and then an ex low works how... 100% reset in the works.
I'm a bit hindered because there is nobody for me to play with offline, and we know online...
Yeah.
But anyway, tier lists are bogus and there shouldn't be any.
