I believe either before Halloween or New Year they relaunched ALL of those vaults. I definitely rememeber someone commenting that under my Liu Kang video
I have literally checked every day, on every prominent MK forum, on Ed's twitter and my notifications, it was definitely never reissued unless done in total secrecy. The first reissue was Jax and unlike the first run of golden events that were only on Ed's twitter, the reissues were announced in the game notifications. Unless someone can actually prove me wrong, I'm quite certain Young Justice Liu Kang has only had one release.
There's even a log of them on Reddit, Young Justice only appears once and confirms only 4 were reissued:
