Who's going to be the next big character?

Honestly, I'm confused as to why Batgirl isn't already in the upper rankings during tourneys. She's got everything and has good recovery on a lot of her tools. Her combos aren't hard, she's got easy resets to get her damage, and she builds great meter and has amazing mobility even in the worst situations. Maybe folks just dont enjoy how she opens people up?

I honestly feel Chris G should be using her. I know he doesn't use teleporters, but her mobility and punish tools seem like the kind of stuff he would really have fun with.

She's got to hit you multiple times to bring someone down...and people are starting to fight her right.

So basically she's a high low mixup character and folks are able to block her readily at this point?
