I voted for him because I found him to be bland and forgetable as fuck. Wtf did he do in the story mode? You could also replace him with a generic MK mobile goon and I wouldn't honestly be able to tell the difference. Gameplay-wise: "oh, he throws random shit from a bag" - K, then.
agreed .... he is bland as fuck, very replaceable .... kinda Ferra/Torr, that very few give a shit inside the franchise .... with no relevant place in future installments of MK series :p

Lol this killed me. Would be so much better if he was a drunk Vietnam vet hobo throwing shit from a bag. Or like some wanna be outworld wizard that threw shit out with random effects. Like sometimes gave opponent life etc.
edit: found this vietnam vet wizard who throws shit from a bag. This is who collector should have been:
thats deckard cain from diablo 3 with a vietnam vet skin for those who are wondering.

  1. Kollector - my vote because yeah, he is.
  2. Cetrion - would be my other vote. Just boring.
  3. Jacqui - we totally didn't need her.
We could have gotten meaningful characters in their places such as Fujin, Smoke, Mileena, Ermac, Reptile etc
Dude is Fujin all that great? I missed the 3d era because those games looked like shit and from what I saw when watching others played like shit.

I'll be honest I'm over it with Sub and Scorpion but they are never leaving for good reasons (fan favorites, OG's and first true rivalry.)

Honestly though I cant be less excited for Sindel. Since MK 3 days ive always thought she was lame AF both in look and moveset.

Screams and hair grabs as special moves? How creative.

Not Good Enough
Cetrion has the least amount of depth in my opinion. The Virtuous Neutral approach is incredibly boring. I like the angle that she is Shinnok’s sister, but she had a lot put on her by Kronika and the story and she was hilariously passive, rolling with it, and really providing little justification for it. At least Kollector has that “greedy bastard that does anything to live” mindset.

i felt Jacqui redeemed herself in 11 but i didnt like her in X. I went for Kollector....i hate what he represents..lol

Complains about Cetrion, calls Fujin meaningful. What the heck my dude. Why do people love this wind Raiden so much? I totally feel like I've missed something with this character.

Yeh, i still think she should have helped Liu Kang in the final battle. It would have made more sense in Lore Powers, too. I mean, Raiden himself is far inferior to Cetrion, how is a newborn demi-god supposed to beat her? And not only that, but Kronika too, which is supposed to be a being stronger than Elder gods themselves? The Liu Kang ending was bogus

I could have said Moloch or Mokap all the same. It's a stab at how bad these characters are concept-wise.

YEa but the whole damn series has been all about Mr. Self Righteous Liu Kang since day one so you knew going in the story was gonna be a big stroke job for him.
