The first time I ever saw Bane being used was when Grr beat KDZ in a local and nobody knew who he was, it was magical.
Also Bane = Sonya and Cyborg/Scorpion = Kano. Bane went from unviable to a possible top 5 character and Cyborg/Scorpion went from #1 to bottom 5.

Nothing wrong with zoning. I main Deathstroke myself.

His zoning was just too strong. (A few other characters still have zoning tools that are really really dumb)
