Jumps themselves? No. A few jump ins are getting reduced hitboxes, though.

Already confirmed to be getting a new move for Sun God.

Balanced characters seem to be Erron black, Scorpion, Cassie Cage, Kitana, Jax and Sonya these all have 3 viable variations and probably are not a priority to normalize.
