Where do I go to get a good challenge?

I went on the Fighter's Depot - Playstation Network forum and asked for a challenge last Wednesday. No one responded. Rooms are full of people who are busy or have bad records, and Ranked and Player Match give me one good player out of 20.

I'd like to find a place to get serious matchmaking in. Where do I do that? I'm practicing for CEO.
