Whats wrong with this Almost Cyrax Reset?

I been noticed that I could do this, but im just recording this. I've been able to only this in a real match once. That was online. Anyway Cyrax is my main behind SZ. I know that there is all kinds of flaws with this combo so I just wanna know the pros and cons of it from the experts. Mind you... Im not that good of a player. Im okay... just a little better than casual.

Pro: you get a reset
Con: you only get a reset if they stand up and don't block

Well from what I can see..

It's not a reset
It wastes meter
Can be punished with wakeup
Blockable

So basically, it's only useful if you are playing someone that is missing their right hand..
