Also I'm curious as to what the community think, should his f4 be made overhead?

Beaten, by this mere man
can anyone with a capture card test the frame advantage after his main strings and normals on block after a LRC?
Notably:
21
B1
11
F2
3
34
B3
B33
F12
F24
B34
B11
B14
214

If these are known and written somewhere someone please link me.

Thanks in advance

I don't think there is any hard evidence to prove it. There have been posts scattered saying that these are the only plus strings he has on block, and from my own testing, I agree. No other strings seem to grant frame advantage. As far as the +2 goes, I'm not sure. It is definitely not more than that though, maybe even +1
