what would it take to have some kind of live streaming video of mk2 matches 24/7? i should know the answer to this as i am a server support tech and application specialist at a giant software co.,but im clue-less on this idea,lol. i think it would be amazing to host some kind of site where its nothing but mk2 matches or videos,but played in real-time and 24/7. not a forum,nothing but MK2 matches. a website dedicated to streaming mk2 matches of us from cmk.

like,if you go to the channel or server or however its created and at the top of the screen it could read "sushi vs goofart" and sit and watch the matches,then check to see who plays next!! i would kill for this,i really would!!!! is this something i could create? im not to savy when it comes to video and tv and how that would be done. any suggestions? i would like to look into this. i would have no probs going out and buying a server just to host "24/7 mk2 vids" ill do it next week if possible.

Dude that's a really sweet idea. Even if they weren't streamed live it would be awesome to have all the vids on one site as opposed to being on youtube: they're not all easy to find and no matter how many I see i feel like i missed ten. Live streaming for tourney matches would be sick thoug. like the super bowl and shit. I'm the last person to know how that shit works.

A sight only about our matches may seem unnecessary at first but it happens to be a genius idea. Reminds me of a thread that aria made a long time ago. "Matches that should be recorded." That would definently be a site I visit every time I get the chance.

thanks guys, im looking into all options. even if its just a website that has ourt match vids played on a sheduled task. it doesnt have to be live,but i would like it to duplicate a tv channel as much as possible. kinda like you go to "MK2ube" and see whos playing,even if its all from old vids, i could schedule it to play those vids all day. i just want it so you dont have to actually press "play", just go to the site and as soon as the site opens its a match already in progress with names at top.....EPIC!!

my next project, or attempted project.
