What was this guy trying to accomplish in a chat room match?

So I was playing some guy in a chat room match last night and the matches would go like this:

"Round 1: FIGHT"

He gets first attack and immediately Disconnects.

This happened twice and I don't understand the point of it.

He was on quest to save the realms from armageddon, or else he lived on other side of Earthrealm where connection is bad

I mean, it was immediately after he got the first attack in... it almost seemed deliberate.
