Does the D3 thing work on Jade and Noob too or just Skarlet.
This is huge tbh. I could see why you think the matchup is 5-5 or 4.5-5.5 at worst now.
One of the biggest reason why I thought Skarlet pooped on Kano was that U3 is such a universal option to beat his oki.
D3 works on everyone the D4 works but Shang. It also works against some characters that blow up the D4 like Geras.
I'll make some more in-depth testing and try to list all the characters this tech works on later when I have some free time, but for now, the characters I know that can have their wakeups U3 stuffed by at least one of those options are:
Skarlet
Jade
Noob
Sub
Shang
Geras
Skarlet, in particular, has a pretty tricky timing to get this to work after a Lumbar Check but against the rest of the characters this works on it is pretty much the same thing after every knockdown.
