What is wrong with Injustice 2 (and NRS games)

Could be worse. Could pay $60 for a shell of a game upon release (SFV anyone?). You also don't have to pay to upgrade to newer versions of the same game. Wonder how many editions of SFV there will end up being. NRS might not be perfect when it comes to balance, but at least they deliver a complete game at launch and don't keep nickel and diming you throughout the game's life cycle.
Goro is on the MKX disc but you only got him him if you pre-ordered the game. If you did not pre-order the game, you had to pay for Goro separately even though he's on the damn disc.

If it bothers you why answer? Are you trying to close all threads that bother you?
1) Soul Calibur 5, Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, Street Fighter franchise pretty much. Any jpn figthing except MvC probably. Of course some expand on the formula, but NRS fails at most basic things.
2) Not true.
3) Is there a "fun" chart somewhere? Btw SC3 was the most cursed and despised, least played part of franchise.
4) I wonder what you're basing that on. Even if some games fail to deliver perfect equilibrium its preferable to strive for it. If you base your logic off "there is worse that that" you might as well end up playing Divekick.
who the hell came up with the rule of three? that just something you made up every fighting game is different in there own way.

NRS is not a jpn fighiting why should it follow this so call rule lol.

And SFV had a season pass you had to purchase without knowing who you will get also they made Akuma look like a rogue Oompa Loompa and forced people to use the purchasable costume If they wanted his normal look.
Both company did shady things but MKX wasn't the worse SFV was

I think there has been some positive changes from i1 like slower dash speed/ wake ups are mostly unsafe/ not aaas abusable 50/50s.

Still I noticed that when an opponent crosses me up on knock down my wake up will autocorrect and hit the the other way. I think that should be taken out

They didn't force you...

Nobody liked Reptiles default skin in MK9 and preferred the Human Skin. So I guess they forced you to buy the classic ninja skin too?

I mean If you want any of those skins you re kind of forced to buy them what other alternative do you have?

Summoner is still very very strong in my opinion. He still gets ridiculous damage in the corner, his hard to blocks still exist, is zoning is up there with some of the best zoners out there.

He can still make his 50/50s safe with Bat. So what you have is a character that is offensively strong that also has good keepaway.

If he's not top 10, he's knocking on the door in my opinion. And I know all about his +3 on hit d1 and bad armor. He needs to be a poor man on knockdown, otherwise he'd be completely fucked up.
Nice job diverting attention away from the real problem, Sorcerer :DOGE

Seriously though they're both almost just as good as each other imo, but Sorcerer is infinitely more dumb than Summoner will ever be now.

Toolkit wise, possibly. However, I think Summoner has more favorable match ups in part due to his better zoning.

I maybe don't know Sorcerers bad MUs exactly but from what I do know he doesn't have that many and the ones he does win he wins by much more than Summoner could ever wish for. Sorcerers zoning is just as good as Summoners imo, catch one run in and you get a free armor portal. Have a bar and you can force your opponent into a 50/50 from anywhere on screen and if they guess wrong you get an armor portal.

And when you have armor portal they aren't even playing the same game anymore. It allows him to build so much meter, almost for free in most MUs, that as long as you keep an eye on the timer you can force another mixup using ExSkull/Skull/MbRune just as the armor runs out.

They both have their favorable MUs and are probably just as good (or almost) as each other like I said, Sorcerer is just way more braindead/dumb.

You're still talking about toolkits when I'm talking about match ups. Agree to disagree.

Why can't people disagree with the design philosophy of a game without being bashed to all oblivion for it? You're a sheep if blindly follow and like something without providing some sort of critique. Nothing is perfect.

My opinion on the beta so far is... it's fun. I enjoy it, kind of. It feels like injustice but I feel there's too much input delay (either that or I'm just not getting good connections) but it seems I'm not getting my buttons until 10 frames or more after I press them, feels worse than sfv on vanilla release (8 frame button delay fiasco). This is not good.

A lot of my inputs aren't registering or getting eaten by past inputs. For example, I'll J2 123 with batman and only get J2 into 1. I've talked to a few people about this and they say it happens to them as well. This needs to be looked into. Also we should be past the days of having to input a string w a jump in and having to commit like that. It's redundant.

Some interactables are blockable and some aren't, and it's the big stupid ass ones that aren't. Generally it's not a big deal, but it's still something that should be taken note of. Especially w another full screen car.

Character balance seems in line-ish. I think batman is pretty meh and superman is a little strong, but that's just me probably. Too early to tell, but chances are NRS fucks it up and over patches the game again.

All in all, I feel we are gonna get some more of the same NRS bullshit. I feel there's gonna be stupid dumbass set ups and it'll be those set ups that determine the teirs in this game.

There, crybabies. Here's another post with mostly negative feedback you can pick apart and whine about and tell me I don't have to play it.

I believe Capcom had 5 characters or so on the disc in SFxT but you still had to buy them to use them.

The XL update, with the balance adjustments and new netcode is something Capcom would have charged for, all I'm saying. I just remember having to pay $15 on two separate occasions over the lifespan of SFIV just to keep my game updated so I could still play online with my friends.
