Why can't people disagree with the design philosophy of a game without being bashed to all oblivion for it? You're a sheep if blindly follow and like something without providing some sort of critique. Nothing is perfect.
My opinion on the beta so far is... it's fun. I enjoy it, kind of. It feels like injustice but I feel there's too much input delay (either that or I'm just not getting good connections) but it seems I'm not getting my buttons until 10 frames or more after I press them, feels worse than sfv on vanilla release (8 frame button delay fiasco). This is not good.
A lot of my inputs aren't registering or getting eaten by past inputs. For example, I'll J2 123 with batman and only get J2 into 1. I've talked to a few people about this and they say it happens to them as well. This needs to be looked into. Also we should be past the days of having to input a string w a jump in and having to commit like that. It's redundant.
Some interactables are blockable and some aren't, and it's the big stupid ass ones that aren't. Generally it's not a big deal, but it's still something that should be taken note of. Especially w another full screen car.
Character balance seems in line-ish. I think batman is pretty meh and superman is a little strong, but that's just me probably. Too early to tell, but chances are NRS fucks it up and over patches the game again.
All in all, I feel we are gonna get some more of the same NRS bullshit. I feel there's gonna be stupid dumbass set ups and it'll be those set ups that determine the teirs in this game.
There, crybabies. Here's another post with mostly negative feedback you can pick apart and whine about and tell me I don't have to play it.
