If we're including EX specials, I'd throw that in too. But the tools have their separate advantages. EX Cartwheel has armor, is safe, and leads to a combo, but takes 23 frames to hit and leaves her at disadvantage on block. The divekick is unsafe, but can be done REALLY, REALLY fast and also lead to a combo. Great for blowing up pokes.

i remember a thread like this a while back and i believe Lao's spin was the winner. however, i dont remember Nomad dash having much representation back in that thread but it seems like a viable answer now, as does about 4 of the other moves already suggested in this thread lol
