What I want in a future patch

1. Increase healing on Green thumb MB by a small amount.

2. Make bio fissure receive the armor buff while trait is active.

3. Increase damage on trait by a small amount.

3. Make 2 have a startup of 20 instead of 30.

4. Give log kick further pushback on block.

Sounds good, but these wouldn't address his glaring issues, at minimum he needs a better link on his f223 f23, the gaps in his strings to be minimized/plugged and a faster d2. That's the only way i'd bother picking up this poor poor character again.

Abigail's Garden to replenish him the same amount of health he takes away from his opponent

Consistency with his armor while standing in Abigail's Garden

I used to want a laundry list of buffs, but now I would take any 2 of the following 4:

1. 30 frame B3 (currently 35)
2. Standing in trait heals Swamp slightly over time (think Firestorm's trait).
3. St 1 is a mid.
4. Clone (DB3) and MB Clone have armor while trait is active.

S1 mid? What? Isn't it 9f? The only other injustice character with a mid s1 was grundy and his was 12f.

make his b3 f3 faster db3 should be faster when mb let it jus hold them instead of us jus tele over to them log kick goes full screen s2 should be faster (bonus his restand green thumb more plus we dont need it but it would be nice makes it more useful midscreen) 113 should cancel into something

Some of these proposed buffs are illogical. He's essentially fine with his kit, but his frame data is what seriously fucks him across the board. When you think about what moves should be used for what, you can see where he needs actual "buffs."

1. Speed up b3 and f3 as well as giving f3 plus frames
2. 6 frame d1
3. Lessen the gaps in b12 and b223.
4. Make log kick safe on block (This move is not a zoning tool. Use clone for that)

There are others but these would help immensely.

20 frame S2 is too fast. It does seem near useless in its current state but that seems like too much of an improvement considering it tick throws and he has a low starter.

S1 doesnt need to be mid. Would be much better if 113 was cancellable so he could have a real meterless punish and extra comb enders. Although that would really be a huge change and give him fat damage for a bar and in the corner. I think his meterless damage would make more sense if he could cash out a little more when he needs to

I do think that trait should heal him over time tho. That would actually force people to come to him and deal with trait.

Small thing after that would be to make S3 hit slightly lower because some weird Mb F3/B3s like Cheetah F3 make them duck down and not get armor broken on a read because one hit will whiff

20 frames would be fine. It has no reach and would only be of use in the corner where it'd have to be set up. Look at what most of the cast has at their disposal. This wouldn't be game breaking for his archetype.

SM is on a seperate league from the rest of the cast with that bs mid. I'd rather have Swampie's b2 buffed to 10f.
Instead of b2 being sped up I'd rather it went further forward and had its hitbox increased vertically to catch jump out attempts easier (think D'Vorah's shoulder).

Abigail garden healing would be cool. It would make my patient walking in more tolerable because of some rest periods in between just chilling in the garden while I heal. Making Swamp thing a more durable character. Armor on the clone would also be cool. They should give him a walk speed buff.

y though, b2 already catches jumps fairly well and f2 is his go to for range anyways.

Most of the cast doesn't have hit confirmable 50/50s that lead to full combos while having a command grab. It probably wouldn't be gamebreaking but it's just dumb design.

This whole game is dumb design from a balance standpoint so I guess we should let it rock...

Maybe playing Swamp Thing has jaded your view but this is by far the most balanced game NRS has produced, barring some hidden tech that breaks the balance.
