What buttons/stick do the arcade MK1-3 use?

I've been searching and coming up empty. Probably using some bad keywords because I keep getting guides and whatnot from Google. Anyways.....

What arcade stick/buttons/gate are used in the original MK1-3 cabinets? Can you buy them online?

I got a qanba drone that I'm hoping to upgrade. I REALLY don't like the stick in the Qanba but I'm hoping maybe I won't be so awful if I had something I'm use to.

The arcade machines used Happ competition josysticks and Happ buttons I believe, but the joysticks were different than the ones you can buy today.

The closest thing you can get to the original parts are iL (Industrias Lorenzo) euro joystick and iL concave buttons (with cherry microswitches).
