Tyrant was there, lost to PBoards Superman (not zoning lol) and then Aris' Deathstroke (zoning ofc). Chef was there and played on stream as well, I know he lost to TRUE!'s Aquaman, but it wasn't a mirror match. Not sure who else he lost to.

I also do not like the stage selection in tournament at WNF. I prefer random always. Forces everyone to learn everything.

Each player gets to ban a stage is interesting, except that there are 2 pig stages lol. DUMB

Just waiting for the Ferris Hanger to be banned.

That stage is just dumb ......... power characters can just toss relentless amounts of shit on both stages.

Stage means nothing in capcom fighters. The loser doesn't pick anything. Rewarding the loser in tournament games is a terrible idea.

This is the way it's always been done in MK9 and since most of the people running the tournaments also run MK9 tournaments... It makes sense that it's this way. Also it adds more importance to winning the first match. There is a whole mind game to stage counter picking. I personally like it.
