Strategy Walking Corpse Cancel Pressure

Is it a good idea to use this through interactables? I found myself using this through the little car bomb in the justice league stage on reaction. It usually caught my opponent by surprise leading to a full combo.

You still take the damage correct? So I wonder if it would be worth wcc through an interactable in order to catch your opponent while they are dropping from the air. It might be a better idea since Grundy is so slow in the air, although he has good dashes (to avoid interactables)

This is a very great tool IMO. from fullscreen where you can't really get a punish though, you should try to jump to avoid it. But for when you are midscreen and can't avoid it, you should WCC. Even if you don't get a combo punish, you still be at advantage and you can try and go for pressure.

It really sucks to take +20% from an interactable.
But it's even worse to have to take +20% and get put into a hard knockdown and be a full screen away.

was about to make a thread on this. just encountered this today. it's pretty broken. he gets the armor from his grab and can cancel anyway into a 11 string.

so Grundy gets hit by all interactables pretty much anyway
I think there are some he can not avoid.

It doesnt seem to be a set number of hits but I do not know exactly how it is determined. 3 seems to generally be the magic number, but it is definitely not ALWAYS 3. What move did you/your opponent use?
i used fastest man alive which pumps out the most hits in the leasta mount of time and he just used his wcc. i hit him at least 3 times if not 4.

No, "throw immune" is a property. It could be a normal or a special. I don't even know what moves are throw immune besides Lantern's B1 and the universal B3 and F3
and thta's what im saying. fastest man alive isn't immune to throws. lightning kick is, but his armor will just eat it unless i charge it long enough where his throw will wihff

Here's some more of my WC/WCC corner tech I've been working on lately. Since the 1.04 patch, humans can now wake up on the first frame, allowing for this tech to hit much more consistently then before. It is now able to be done in every single corner of every single stage and transition.

Every other wake up special and super will get faced the opposite direction to my knowledge. Scorpions Hellfire and Bloody Spear are the only moves that I can change their properties to my knowledge. You can even punish Supe's super. Some special moves like Hawkgirls backflip charge and scorpions Teleport hit no matter what. The changes from move to move with this tech differ greatly.

Grundy can wake up with a B3, correct? I recently figured out that I can use this WC/C corner tech on certain character traits, such as Grundy's chain grab. I am also wondering if I can do this to Grundy's B3 on wake up. I just can't set the training AI to B3 on wake up, so I need some people to help me test some things out. BurdManJR270 on PSN.
