Vita balance and console update for Evo

Ok just picked this up for the vita to practice on the go. I have heard that the game is balanced differently. What characters have changed and how? Is Kabal still S+ and Sheeva still Trash tier?

Also...a few ppl in the Dallas community said that the vita version is the most balanced so why won't Netherealm update the console version? Especially with the EVO announcement, it makes a lot of sense.

Kabal is still S+ and Sheeva still trash.

Vita balance broke some stuff unintentionally. Smoke lost his reset, but Jax kept his with reduced damage. The damage reduction fucked up a number of characters, including Sindel, Jade, Quan Chi, and Sektor.

Kabal is the same, Sheeva is the same.

Jade got nerfed
Sindel got nerfed
Jax's Corner loops got nerfed (damage wize. This affected Jade and Sindels combo damage)
Smokes resets are gone.

Why the hell did Sindel, Jade, Qun Chi and Sektor get nerfed? They weren't all that amazing as it was.

The nerf to Jax's EX ground pound changed the scaling for any move that causes that particular collision reaction you'd see on a Jax reset. Because these characters had launchers that included this, their damage got fucked up as well.

They're scared that their sub-par programming is only gonna dump another slew of costume specific bugs on their laps thus requiring another patch.

Reptile got bugged too, though it's only situational and in the corner (involving his sweep and an EX slowball). Shang also does slightly more damage on his BnB's.
