Video Game music videos?

Anybody here know how to make those? I would like a Mortal Kombat one,use Disturbed songs like "Ten Thousand fist" or "Another way to die." Thanks!

I can make videos with images and music, but with actual video footage that doesn't belong to me - I've never done.
