Version 1.06 Patch for Injustice: Gods Among Us is Now Live + Note on New Zod Skin

It is finally here. After long weeks of waiting, the 1.06 patch for Injustice has gone into effect for players from the Xbox Live and Playstation Network worlds. If you attempted to log on to either network today and hadn't yet received a download notice, you should see it now the next time you turn on your console.

Also, keep in mind that the release of the new Injustice patch will coincide with the opening of online gameplay modes for Grand Theft Auto V, meaning that this could cause a temporary alteration in your online experiences for PSN or XBL, as is the case for all special online events. This should taper off as things return to a normal rate.

UPDATE: With the arrival of the patch, the Man of Steel costume for DLC character General Zod can be found on the PSN Store as well as Xbox Live, inside and outside the game. To access the store from inside the game, go to Bonus Features and select Downloadable Content. You will need to download the skin (it comes with no charge) in order to use it.

Please be the last big balance patch for this game. Let the game evolve on it's own.

edit- can't seem to apply the patch without my ps3 turning off..
edit2- deleted the game data (not the saved data) and it patched fine

I actually use my Wiiu version quite a bit to utilize the gamepad while the TV is being used by my wife. Are these updates effective for the WiiU as well?

Wow Lobo feels good, and I know folks were bitching about Shazam, but he has some nice damage from what I'm seeing mid screen from B23 combos which are REALLY easy damage now. Like I can B23, MB achilles clutch , achilles clutch and that alone is 32% no trait 37% with trait mid screen. I dont even need the second achilles clutch yet as the bounce off the MB one leads into other combos.

Expect a lot of B23 exploration here and expect to respect the bolts of zeus a bit more. I dont want to trade damage vs 8% on hit 2% on block or 15% mb on hit and 5.88% mb on block. Seems Atlas Torpedo is up to 10% from 9 and the MB does a full 16% on its own now.

He's not amazing but I think I'm gonna play with him now. That B23 is pretty sexy and I think I can learn his movement to try and learn his game with rewards and easy stuff like this. Its really easy to hit that Achilles clutch now.

Lol...I got no clue how to zone with Shazam. Goin in and teleporting through shit to go for grabs was fun today though. He's got a pretty unique rhythm to him no doubt about it. He didn't get amazing, but he got fun at least.
