checkin for a pulse here. new to mk with mkx and pree into it.

i throw small gatherings at my office sometimes. we get some players from the states up and and some other locals for various fgs. about 10 or so usually. would be chill to have some MK in the future.

cool i will be 100% sure to make this happen, might not be a while since NWM is so close and peeps will be travel burnt from that.

other games played at these gatherings usually include usfiv, st, 3s, skullgirls, and UNIEL

im GirlyStyle on steam if anyone plays there! usually down for games in the evening

I'm out on the wang of B.C., Sechelt to be specific so travelling to Vancouver can be a nuisance for me sometimes as I do not always have the means to do so. Also if I am in Vancouver I am usually just passing through.

heads up: having a gathering sometime in mid to late june.

beer, food, multiple games all at my office. really good crew of peeps.

will post more specific dates when details are ironed out

chicken teri ten don. i felt guilty because i'd told myself i'd stop going out & buying lunches - but it was such a nice day. the don was good, but the tempura was soggy by the time i got it back to the office.

what about you?

really good greek place on commercial, had lamb shoulder with rice, salad and potatoes. was very nice, felt like i made peacee with a sound guy who works downstairs that i got off on the wrong foot on - i find it stressful working with people i don't have some sort of friendship with.

the after meal candies were ouzu tho, which was a shame. not that i hate ouzu (i actually quite like it in liquor form) but its just there is a certain disappointment which surrounds an unlabeled candy that is not a mint.

do you know of any chewing gum that doesn't turn to cement while drinking water? feel like my mouth freshness could be optimized

I find Five Gum is really good for retaining its elasticity even while drinking cold water. Movieland tonight?

Sup dudes, I'm 604 Ronin, I'm currently in the midst of getting some MKX weeklies or monthlies started for the Vancouver area. The basis of these weeklies/monthlies would be to level up, at first, but that doesn't mean we can't test everyone's mettle as well. Anyways, I wanna level up the Lower Mainland scene and hopefully some of you guys are interested to drop by when we get a place and day scheduled up.
