Using Cyrax for tournament play

Hey I recently started playing around with Cyrax and I have learned 1 reset combo that does 90 pct . I was trying to learn checks reset for a 100pct but couldn't finish it so I end up finishing it a different way to get 90pct. I am going to a local tournament on the 11th of this month and I have to fight the previous tournament winner which plays a kunglao that low hats and dive kicks a lot and can block stuff really well. I placed 2nd after loosing to him. I have problem with strings because he spins tru them a lot. Is there any advice that you all can give me to defeat this Kung Lao? I know if I master my 90 pct combo and I can do it 7 out a 10 times I can kill him
but the problem is catching him with a net.

low hat, divekick and spin are all horrendously unsafe on block, just block if he's reckless with them and punish accordingly.

divekick wait for him to land - 33-net
spin - 12-net

not being a smartass, but this is like, day 1 stuff lol

I know all of that already but wht abt a low hat from far or how to break his pressure

Dash block him all the way to the corner, throw random nets, throw net after net. That usually works..
