He's always had great damage and a 80% reset. Damage doesn't play a huge part in tier placing imo.

He's still low tier cause the neural is not conducive to him maybe after this patch where they are fixing his mechanics he will rise but we all know he's setup and zoning based character

They didn't really fix his neautral , the wall change will help his anti zoning tho

That's the thing they didn't really get into exactly what they doing with his strings the just said the were fixing they didn't say oh 12 freeze will connect or back 223 will be changed to high mid or whatever but I just assume that's the glaring stuff they are talking about
