no personally id give it to braniac simply because superman just came off his 75th anniversery. yea batman is iconic but he cant match superman when it comes to being around for 75 years
That's all cool and all but... I don't really care who's the last villain if Dr. Fate gets in.

I only say Red Hood because of insane desire include him from his fans.

Brainiac would be cool, as would Darkseid, as would Mr. Freeze, Captain Cold, Enchantress, etc. I'm very ambivalent about who the last villain could be.

I find it so ironic people today want Jason Todd after the fans decided to get DC to kill Todd years ago.

Coming from a male's perspective honestly why would one not want Zatanna, that chick is hot. Way more fun to look at than Fate's bulge!
She's virtual and fictional lol.

wow i totally forgot about that and your right
Mostly the older generation DC fans remmeber, the youngins not so much. If I recall the whole Joker beating Todd witha crowbar thing happened and they left it open at the end of the book and there was a hotline which the fans called in to vote if he would live or die. Guess what the fans back then hated the guy so much they all said to kill his ass. Suprize he has returned.

yeah i agree but in truth, Jason was always a poor robin in many ways, and as a robin jason Fails... But when he came back the Fans really liked his new version of himself as Red Hood, and his new attitude had a lot to do with it (and costume)

how did they kill him off can you explain to me?

A Death in the Family" ran through the 1988 "Batman" issues #426-429, and followed Jason Todd in search of his long-lost mother. Jason traveled to the Middle East where he encountered Islamic fundamentalism, terrorists and the Joker. In a startlingly violent scene, Jason is beaten to death with a crowbar by the Joker and then blown up in a building. Batman swore vengeance, but to add insult to injury, the Ayatollah Khomeini made the Joker an ambassador from Iran. The American President sent Superman to convince Batman to not violate international law by killing the now diplomatically immune Joker. Batman walks a fine emotional line in the story; he is seen openly weeping and becomes more violent, even at one point striking Superman. While the Joker eventually is brought to justice, Batman continued to mourn the passing of Jason Todd for over a decade's worth of comics.

I agree they did a good job redeeming a much hated character, I just always found ironic.

well in the Hush chapter Red Hood "jason todd" actually revleaed bruces secret identity to a number or Batmans foes, thats somewhat messing with him, and in batman Rip or battle for the cowl jason tried to battle for the role of becoming the new batman in order to change the way batman did things in gotham

pff thats nothing. i mean if you think about it psychologicaly he became batman because he saw his parents killed in front of him

what better way to fuck with him as by playing with that expecially with the joker?
