maybe it a combo of fate and zatanna both match perfecly for the hints?

1. the cars = magic both have magic powers

2. upside-down = in great disorder= the tower fate in great disorder and so are zatanna backwards words

3. funhouse= circus= both work at circus at some point whether it kent as frotune tell or zatanna as a perfome of magc they both work at the cirus

and also knowing he not ed boon he not afraid of combing two characters

I think the hints point towards Zatanna, and I'm very excited about that, but I would also be happy with Black Canary. I'm hoping there are 3 more and that Zatanna and Black Canary both find roster spots.

Plus he just fits in the game well. He already has a design in the game, and it works itself right in. Zatanna would look awkward in the roster.
