I said this a couple of times already, but Zatanna, Red Hood and Canary are the most requested aren't they? Zatanna tomorrow, they already spent resources on BC, Red Hood will be easy to make, just rip some moves from Deathstroke. It's all good.
indee and they can save canary for the last spot becuase of the show arrow

The person who voiced zatanna on the YJ series is Lacey chabert, you know the girl from Party of 5 ( old overly dramatic famil,y TV show) and then one of the main bad girls in the movie "Mean Girls" though she did an amaing voice as both teen and young adult zatanna.

Young justice what awesome show that it even gave a Easter to Jason Todd at the end of the series

What are you gonna tell me Canary deserves a spot?

We don't need boring movesets, we need original ones. If you want to play as Sindel and Sonya go play MK.
Sigh. No. Just, no.

Canary wouldn't have an even remotely boring moveset. Though, for the record, I want Ivy too.

I would like Ivy in but really what could she do that would be different then anyone in fighting game for the last 20 years....everyone just does the same stuff with different properties and frame rates and apperances...if you really want to dig into it...
Canary is billed as the best fighter in DC she should get a spot just the same as others should...

Sent under duress.

Please enlighten me; what fighter have you seen in the past 20 years that uses a woman with monstrous plantlife powers?

Black Canary is just a physical fighter. That isn't very interesting.

If anything, BC should have taken Batgirl's spot. That would have been amazing.

I think we should collect all the people who honestly think that [Insert character here] would play like [Insert character here], just because they have "similar" powers, drop them onto an uncharted island, and immediately nuke the fuck out of it.

I second that notion.

Get the nuke ready.

Sorry that I don't want characters with similar powers and I want ones with variety.

Forgot the FG community devolved into Ryu and Ken.

The point everyone is trying to make is you don't need a wildly diverse template of powers or abilities to create entirely new characters, as far as fighting games are concerned. There are so many things that can be done. Shazam and Black Adam worked out beautifully. You could also even say that Shazam is just a mix of "Raiden and Jax" or something like that. But they make a great character. That's why people like Canary, or a number of others, could work. Especially when there isn't a type like that already in this game. It's a different story when talking about Power Girl, when we already have 2 Kryptonians on this particular roster.

That makes no sense. We only have 2 Kryptonians on the rosters and WAY more humans. Explain to me how having one more Kryptonian is a problem but adding another human is not? Hell, I'll bring up the fact that there is no female Kryptonian in the game, yet numerous female humans. Actually, there are already three form the batman universe alone...and people want to add more...yet claim its for diversity or they "deserve" the spot more? What?

I meant Kryptonians in the sense that they all have those powers. And that is obvious, so it does make sense... None of them are particular martial experts or anything. They have one, specific and defined set of superpowers, and that is what they use to fight. All the humans in the game have different things about them that lend themselves to a fighting game character in a unique way. Green Arrows bow and arrows, Bats tech and martial arts, Nightwings sticks/staff, etc. The Kryptonians don't have those unique differences amongst how they fight. At least none shown in the comics, movies, shows, etc. There is functionally no difference between how Superman fights and how Power Girl/Supergirl fights. Period. They managed to stretch things with Zod, and it worked alright. Doing yet another would just be too much, I think. And I can't fathom how others wouldn't see it that way either.

And for the record, I'm not into having anymore Bat characters either really. I'd make an exception for Poison Ivy, because again, those are completely new and unique powers not presented in this game.

Shoot them. Shoot them all.

I couldn't agree with you more. Poison Ivy would be so amazing...
1.) A bad ass, psychotic villainous female
2.) Creatively speaking her move set would be boundless
3.) Far more interesting than Zatana/Bat Girl/ Power Girl
4.) Lime green (my fav. color) ;)
