You can probably get to the Parkway pretty quickly, it might be 50 minutes for you if you get on at exit 105, I'm 114, it can be as short as 40 minutes for me if there's no traffic.
I can give you very specific directions:
Take Parkway North exit 127 (that's right after the big ass Driscoll bridge), so you want to stay in the second to last lane on the left while on the bridge and then when you take the exit you'll go to the right for Industrial Ave and 287, then it's exit 5 - Dunellen on 287, so you're basically on it for like less than 10 minutes.
When you take exit 5 it'll come around a to a light, you make a right at the light (it basically merges) onto Stelton Road, then you stay straight making no actual turns but the road will become South Washington Ave after a big turn, and then you eventually cross under an overpass, it's right by the train station, make a left at the light after the overpass onto North Ave, 8 on the Break is on the right.
