UMK3 Balance Hack Changelog

I know we were having fun yesterday and i got some of the explanation of the changelog for the balance hack, but i didn't got to see them anywhere, any chance you guys could list what have changed?

It would be really nice, i want to incentivate the trilogy players to look trough the balance hack and maybe it will even it out a little bit for our playstyle as well.

The changelog will likely be released once the first round of characters is complete, as per request. Until then little by little I'll be bringing what I have to tournaments for players to review when beta testing.
