Seems like there was only one MK stick and it was sanwa, and that they had to flip a coin for it, otherwise you were stuck with the pad. There had to be some MAS 8 button SF sticks in the house, you can get a reasonable layout for MK with them. I was hoping to get mine out there through Kyle but he couldn't go last minute. Anyone going to Final Round I can depend on who is going to be at Winter Brawl and then ECT2 (or has a way to get them back to me otherwise), I'm willing to lend my sticks to in order to make sure there are sticks there.

This will be the third region to start a potential UMK3/MK community so all we need after this is a South East scene and we'll have a national MK scene.

I'm pretty sure the DR has UMK3 cabs everywhere. So does mexico, no?

There is a good chance they do.

Although Mexico is full of Neo Geo machines and as a result SNK games take center stage there.

Well reason I say DR and Mex is cause some of the best players are from there. And I have family in DR that play umk3 and they don't have xbox's or any gaming system so I assume its on Cab. Also PajaroMayor is from mexico and I read a Bio on him and he mentions how he places top at every umk3 tourny he joins.

No one was flipping coins it was almost exclusively pad players or SF crossovers that only wanted to use their own stick.
