Yeah, I've played this many times before. It's fun but definitely not serious. There is another hack called Mortal Kombat Revelations which also has Quan Chi and another Robot Ninja, Hydro in the game.

The genesis hack is indeed fun and surprisingly plays like the arcade. But it is not created for serious play as it is extremely broken.

I don't know what the hacker did to put those characters in, but the game runs on genesis emulator and the characters juggle and play properly, which is a problem that MUGEN MK games have always had.
